This Agreement was last modified on May 22, 2018.
We only store information about you in order to fulfill the purchases you make.
We use a session cookie (a file stored on your computer that is deleted once you close your browser) to keep track of what you have added to your cart.
We NEVER store your payment details. We use a payment provider called Stripe (https://stripe.com/au) to handle all credit card purchases and PayPal (https://www.paypal.com) for paypal purchases. When you make a purchase, our servers securely handover your credit card details, name and billing address to Stripe who handle processing the payment with your bank. We take extra care to make sure your credit card details are NEVER stored on our servers and are not sent to any other third parties.
We generally use Australia Post (https://auspost.com.au/) for our deliveries, however we may use other couriers if they are deemed more appropriate. We only include information on packages that are required for delivery, ie: your name and delivery details address and any delivery note you have requested to be added.
We use an email provider MailChimp (https://mailchimp.com/) to send our newsletter. When you sign up to our newsletter mailing list, we send your name and email address to MailChimp to be stored. We also tell MailChimp whether you have made any purchases with us, and how much money you have spent. This lets us send different emails to our frequent shoppers vs users who have never made a purchase. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
We log every page visit and form submission on our site for 7 days. This helps us track down any issues that occur with the site. We store this log by sending it to the third party logging service PaperTrail (https://papertrailapp.com/). The log includes what browser and device you use, what country you are visiting from and what your IP address is.
If you visit a page or submit a form and it results in an error, we use 2 services Rollbar (https://rollbar.com/) and NewRelic (https://newrelic.com/) to help us track and fix those errors. We include information about what device you were using and what your IP address was, when we send the error details to those third parties.
Finally, we send your browsing details to Google Analytics (https://google.com). This helps us with our marketing efforts. Google uses a cookie (a file stored on your computer) so that it can see how many times you visit the Site. We DO NOT send your name, address or any other personally identifiable information to Google. Google Analytics uses anonymous browser data to tell us things like "what browsers visit the Site", "what pages are the most popular" and "how long do people spend looking at our products".
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.
Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over an SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
